Iraq to build 'Sport City' (Straits Times)
BAGHDAD - IRAQ is to construct a 'Sport City' in the southern oil hub of Basra to host the Gulf Cup at the end of 2012, government spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh said on Saturday.
